Takween Advanced Industries Co. Announces the Results of the Eighteenth Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting)

Takween Advanced Industries Company shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ report, financial statements, and auditor's report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and discharged board members from liability.
Forvis Mazars was appointed as the external auditor to review and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual periods of 2026, and the first quarter of 2027, for a fee of SAR 975,000.
