The platform features the simultaneous development of its tools in both Arabic and English to ensure cultural relevance and scientific reliability, in accordance with the highest professional standards adopted by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the International Test Commission (ITC). The platform is also hosted and its data is processed entirely within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, enhancing national digital sovereignty and ensuring compliance with personal data protection requirements.

The platform provides comprehensive solutions, including the Nova Personality Questionnaire (NPQ), the Nova Cognitive Abilities Series, and the Nova 40 Competency Model, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions in recruitment, development, and succession planning. It also includes technical and specialized assessments to measure workforce technical skills, aligned with the standards of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, covering 10 key sectors and more than 1,168 job titles, with over 70,000 accredited assessment items.
