The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current year compared to the last year	The Company achieved revenues of SAR 874.06 million during the fiscal year 2025, compared to SAR 1,138.27 million in 2024, representing a decrease of 23.21%. This decrease was primarily due to decrease in sales and changes in supply schedule for customers.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current year compared to the last year is	The Company recorded a net profit of SAR 110.47 million during the fiscal year 2025, compared to SAR 168.18 million in the previous year, representing a decrease of 34.31%. This was mainly due to a 32.28% decline in gross profit as a result of decrease in sales and changes in supply schedule for customers and also the change in sales mix.
