Balsm Alofoq Medical Co announces to its valued shareholders that it has obtained the final health license from the Ministry of Health in Qassim for its new branch located in Al-Rass, Al-Rawabi District, Al-Juraif Street, to operate as a specialized dental clinic. In this regard, the company wishes to clarify that, God willing, the branch is scheduled to open and begin operations and receiving patients starting January 1, 2026. This branch is a step in the company's expansion strategy to achieve the desired growth in its operations and increase its ability to serve patients by providing more of its distinguished services to a wider area within the Kingdom, particularly in rapidly growing residential areas. It is expected that the branch's operation will positively contribute to the company's results starting from the first quarter of 2026 through revenue growth and increased operating margins.
