Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) Announces the Appointment of the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Formation of Board Committees

1- Appointment of His Highness Prince Ahmed bin Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Saud (Non-Executive Member) as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2- Appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz Ali Abussuud (Non-Executive Member) as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

3- Appointment of Mr. Abdulrahman Nasser Al-Saad as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

4- Formation of the committees emanating from the Board of Directors, including the Executive Committee, the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the Risk Management Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Audit Committee, including the selection of the Chairmen and members of the committees.

5- Formation of the Audit Committee as follows:

a) Mr. Saleh Abdulrahman Al-Helaissi – Chairman (Independent)

b) Mr. Feras Gassab Al-Harbi – Member (Independent)

c) Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al-Bawardi – Member (Independent)
