Description of the Event	AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital), in its capacity as the fund manager of Al Aziziah REIT Fund, announces that the Fund has collected an amount of SAR 2,000,000, relating to receivables for the years 2018 and 2019, as part of the Fund Manager’s efforts to follow up and collect the outstanding financial receivables due from Eskan for Development and Investment Company, as a former tenant.
The Impact Caused by the Event	This collection is expected to have a positive impact on the Fund’s cash liquidity and financial position.
