Invitation of General Assembly

National General Insurance Company (PJSC) announced its Annual General Assembly Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2025.
Shareholders may appoint a proxy to attend and vote, provided the proxy is not a board member, company employee, or brokerage staff.
A proxy representative is restricted from holding more than 5% of the company's issued capital through delegations.
Proxy signatures must be officially approved by authorized entities, such as a Notary Public, Commercial Chamber, or a licensed bank.
