Change on the Development	Contract signing date: 15-05-1447 AH, corresponding to 06-11-2025 AD Contract Value: The agreement is an e-commerce marketing and services agreement whereby BADAYAT AL-AMAL Trading Company will market, promote, and sell the products of Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. Therefore, it was agreed that Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. would receive a fixed and specific profit of 4% above the cost of goods, without any discount. It was also agreed that any profits or losses exceeding this base limit (cost of goods sold plus + 4% profit) would be wholly owned by BADAYAT AL-AMAL Trading Company. Contract Term: This agreement shall commence from the date of signing the contract and shall continue for an initial period of three (3) years, in accordance with the commercial framework agreed upon between the two parties. The agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive annual periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the current term.
Financial Impact on the change	The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the annual financial statements for fiscal year 2026.
