Contract Duration	The lease term commences on 26-07-2026G and ends on 28-01-2051G.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The positive financial impact of this project will commence upon completion of the fit-out works, obtaining the necessary licenses, and the commencement of the sports club’s operation. Any material developments relating to the project will be announced in due course.

Additional Information	The signing of this contract falls within the Company’s expansion strategy to open new locations in vital areas, contributing to expanding the customer base and enhancing the growth of the Company’s revenues in the future. With the signing of this contract, the number of the Company’s projects under construction or awaiting the licenses required to commence construction becomes 14 projects.
