Saudi Real Estate Company (“Al-Akaria”) Announces the Lifting of the Restriction on One of Its Land Plots Located in North Riyadh

Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has lifted the restriction on a 30,000-square-meter land plot in the Al Aarid District of Riyadh following the issuance of a Title Registration Deed.
The land, situated between King Fahd Road and Olaya Road, has a book value of SAR 98,400,000 and was previously unavailable for development as noted in the company's Q1 2026 financial report.
While the lifting of the restriction has no immediate financial impact, the company is currently evaluating the optimal use of the site to create shareholder value.
