Drake & Scull International (DSI) was awarded an AED 52.8 million contract by Khamas Group of Investment Companies for "The Ritz-Carlton Residences" in Business Bay, Dubai.
The contract covers the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for the development, which consists of 48 luxury residences.
Work is scheduled to commence immediately following the completion of contractual formalities and mobilization requirements.
The project award strengthens DSI’s regional project backlog and focuses on the company's specialized expertise in the UAE construction sector.
