Incorrect statements in the previous announcement	The Company would like to clarify that an unintentional error occurred in the previously issued invitation to the General Assembly meeting, specifically in the paragraph related to the quorum required for convening the General Assembly, where the meeting time was incorrectly stated as (19:20).
Correct Statement	The quorum required for holding the Ordinary General Assembly meeting shall be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least one quarter (1/4) of the Company’s shares with voting rights. If the required quorum for the first meeting is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour after the time scheduled for the first meeting. The second meeting shall be considered valid regardless of the number of shares represented therein.
