Additional Information	The Company would like to inform its valued shareholders that the dividends will be distributed through direct deposit into the investment accounts linked to their portfolios with all banks, through the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa). Knowing that Eligibility shall be at the end of the trading day 06-08-2026 Corresponding to 23-02-1448 for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the income tax law and article 63 of its implementing regulations. Therefore, the company urges non-resident investors who have tax exemptions on dividends issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, to contact the Investor Relations department to provide documents supporting tax exemption.
