| Additional Information | The Company currently holds (471,821) treasury shares under the Employee Share Incentive Program. Subject to obtaining the required approvals for the proposed (20%) capital increase, the number of treasury shares will be adjusted proportionately to approximately (566,186) shares in line with the capital increase ratio. In case additional treasury shares are purchased between the date of this decision and the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting, bonus shares will be issued at the proposed (20%) rate against these additional treasury shares.
