ASG Plastic Factory Co. reported total revenue of SAR 179.8 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, marking its first full-year report following its August 2024 listing on the Nomu Parallel Market.
Revenue was primarily driven by the Packaging Sector, which contributed SAR 124.9 million (69% of total income), while the Pipes and Fittings Sector, managed via subsidiary ASK Pipes Company, accounted for SAR 54.9 million (31%).
The group is currently executing a large-scale industrial expansion in Sudair Industrial City, recently leasing 100,959 square meters for its third expansion project to increase production capacity for its injection and blow moulding lines.
The company maintains a total share capital of SAR 70.5 million and is supported by a SAR 35 million loan from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) to fund infrastructure growth and its nationwide distribution network of 12 warehouses.
