Additional Information	-Gross revenue achieved for the year 2025 amounted to SAR 275,516,339, representing a growth of 4.18% Y-o-Y. This is mainly due to the increase in rental assets’ revenues. -The fund recorded a net loss for the year amounting to SAR (13,461,064), mainly due to non-cash, unrealized losses from investments measured at fair value through profit or loss (investment in equity instruments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), in addition to a decrease in distributions received from international investments as well as booking provisions.
