Memorandum Subject	Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Clean Energy Company, has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with AGR Renewable Energy for the purpose of purchasing one hundred percent (100%) of the production output of the green ammonia plant to be produced at the Company’s proposed facility in Jazan Industrial City.
Memorandum Duration	This Memorandum shall enter into force as of the date of its execution by the Parties and shall remain effective for a period of six (6) calendar months, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

Financial Impact	The signing of this memorandum is not expected to have any financial impact in the short or medium term.
Additional Information	This announcement is linked to the Company’s earlier announcement concerning the signing of a memorandum of understanding to establish a green ammonia production plant. The Company will announce any material developments in due course.
