Talabat purchased 2,400,000 treasury shares on July 6, 2026, at an average price of 1.247 AED per share.
Total shares acquired since the program began on May 18, 2026, reached 105,250,000, representing 0.4522% of the issued capital.
The cumulative average price paid for all shares bought under the program to date is 1.181 AED per share.
Approximately 1,059,162,031 shares remain available for purchase under the program, which is authorized for up to 5% of shares through April 12, 2028.
