Introduction	Further to the Company’s announcement regarding the lawsuit filed against the former members of the Board of Directors for the term from 10 February 2010 to 9 February 2013 before the Capital Market Authority, seeking compensation for the Company jointly and severally in the amount of SAR 100 million, the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that it has received an update from its legal counsel: Ahmed bin Othman Al-Huqail, Abdulilah bin Abdullah Al-Shuhail, and Saad bin Fahd Al-Khanfari – Ahmed bin Othman Al-Huqail and Partners Law Firm for Legal Advocacy and Legal Consultations, in relation to the case.
