Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company Announces the Appointment of a Board Member to fill the vacant seat on its Board of Directors.

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company appointed Mr. Fahad Abdullah Al Khunayni as an independent member of the Board of Directors to fill a vacant seat, effective July 1, 2026.
The appointment is for the remainder of the current board term, which ends on November 26, 2027.
Mr. Al Khunayni has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, and industry, and currently holds leadership roles at Urban Energies Real Estate and Energies Metals Company.
The board's decision is provisional and will be presented to the first General Assembly meeting for final approval.
