As SAMA’s No-Objection has been received on 9 Rajab 1447 corresponding to 29 December 2025, the Bank announces the following: 1- Appointment of Mrs. Lubna Sulaiman Olayan – Chair of the Board. 2- Appointment of Mr. Suliman Abdulrahman Algwaiz - Vice Chair of the Board.
