| Introduction | Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Company announces that its Board of Directors, in its resolution dated 11 April 2026, approved the resignation of Dr. Sager bin Abdullatif Nader Shah from his position as Managing Director and Board Member, as well as from the membership of the Board’s subcommittees. This resignation is based on his request submitted on April 9, 2026, for personal reasons, and will be effective from 12 July 2026. The Board of Directors also extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Sager bin Abdullatif Nader Shah for his dedicated efforts and valuable contributions during his tenure, which have supported the company’s progress and achievements.
