Emaar Development reported a 42.6% increase in net profit for the first half of 2026, reaching AED 6.71 billion compared to AED 4.70 billion in the same period of 2025. This growth was underpinned by a 34% rise in total revenue, which reached AED 13.34 billion as the company accelerated its property development activities in the UAE.
Gross profit surged to AED 7.52 billion from AED 5.52 billion year-over-year, driven by strong sales and the successful delivery of projects. The bottom line was further supported by a sharp increase in the share of results from joint ventures, which jumped to AED 734.2 million from AED 144.1 million in H1 2025.
The Group demonstrated robust liquidity with cash and cash equivalents climbing to AED 41.12 billion, supported by AED 4.54 billion in new advances from customers. This strong cash position allowed the company to declare AED 4.0 billion in dividends to shareholders during the first half of the year.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the period improved significantly to AED 1.39, up from AED 0.94 in the prior year, reflecting increased operational efficiency and high demand for the company's real estate portfolio.
