Introduction	With reference to the announcement of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company ("the Company") dated on 15/05/2022G corresponding to 14/10/1443H regarding the receipt by the Company on 13/05/2022 of a notice concerning a fire incident at Dhahran Mall in the city of Dhahran of Arabian Centers Company (Cenomi Centers).

Change on the Development	On 28/08/2025G, the Company reached to an agreement with Arabian Centers Company to settle the insurance claim in the amount of SAR 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals). This amount represents a full and final settlement of the claim relating to all damages and losses arising from the fire incident that occurred at Dhahran Mall on 13/05/2022G corresponding to 12/10/1443H. It is noted that there is no material financial impact on the Company. The Company further notes that its strong and long-standing relationships with a select group of leading international and local reinsurers played a key role—after the grace of God—in reaching this final settlement, which reflects the best interests of all parties involved.
