Salama Cooperative Insurance Company Announces the Receipt of No Objection from the Insurance Authority Regarding the Appointment of a Member to the Nominations and Remunerations Committee

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company is pleased to announce that it has received the Insurance Authority’s No Objection Letter dated 5 November 2025G (corresponding to 14 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447H), approving the appointment of Mr. Alauddin Al-Bakri as a member of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee. This appointment is effective from the date of the Authority’s approval and will remain valid until the end of the current Board term on 10 September 2029G.

Mr. Mr. Alauddin Al-Bakri holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and possesses over 18 years of extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at SEDCO Holding and is also a member of the Nominations and Remunerations Committees in several other entities.
