First Milling Company approved the transfer of SAR 82,823,399 from the statutory reserve to the retained earnings account as part of the FY 2025 financial results.
Shareholders approved SAR 2.26 million in board remuneration for FY 2025 and appointed KPMG as the external auditor for the 2026 fiscal year and Q1 2027 for a fee of SAR 1.48 million.
The assembly approved extensive amendments to the company bylaws regarding board authorities and profit allocation, though a proposed restriction on ownership changes for main shareholders was rejected.
Mr. Mohammed Hathut AlSwidan and Mr. Ahmed Musfer AlGhamdi were appointed to the Board of Directors to fill vacancies for terms ending August 14, 2026.
