Al Buhaira National Insurance Company Invitation to Attend Annual General Meeting on 25/04/2026 at 11:00

Al Buhaira National Insurance Company (ABNIC) will hold its Annual General Assembly Meeting on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, both in Sharjah and remotely.
The Board of Directors has recommended that no dividends be distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, to strengthen the company’s financial position following accumulated losses.
Shareholders will vote to approve the financial reports for the 2025 fiscal year, determine board remuneration, and appoint external auditors for the 2026 financial year.
Electronic registration opens on April 24, 2026, and a second meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026, if the 50% attendance quorum is not met.
