| Latest Developments Of The Announced Event | This announcement follows the Company’s previous disclosure regarding the termination of the two contracts entered into with the consortium. The consortium had previously been notified of the termination of both contracts in accordance with the provisions of the agreements dated 28 February 2024, after it was established that the consortium had materially breached its contractual obligations and failed to undertake any corrective actions despite being granted the contractual cure period to remedy such breaches. The Company affirms that the commencement of arbitration is intended to preserve its legal and contractual rights and marks the initial step toward completing the arbitration process and pursuing full recovery of its rights, including compensation for all damages and losses arising from the contractual breaches.
