Nominees for Board of Directors membership

Al Sagr National Insurance Company (ASNIC) announced 16 nominees for membership on its Board of Directors.
Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the election of these candidates during the General Assembly Meeting on April 30, 2026.
Final approval of all board names remains subject to the consent of the Central Bank of the UAE and the Capital Market Authority.
