The company is pleased to announce to its shareholders the issuance of the decision of the General Authority for Foreign Trade on Monday evening on 20/02/1448H corresponding to 03/08/2026G to impose final anti-dumping duties for a period of five calendar years starting from Tuesday 21/02/1448H corresponding to 04/08/2026G on imports of the product of hollow pipes and pipes, of cast iron (ductile iron pipes) under customs item (730300000001) with diameters from 100 mm to 1000 mm and technical specifications K9 and C Class to C40, used in water, rain drainage and sewage networks, in addition to irrigation networks and fire extinguishing networks of origin or Exported from the Republic of India as per the following details: 1 - 16.96% of the value of the CIF, at a minimum of SAR 714 per metric tonne, on imports produced and exported by Electrosteel Castings Limited (ECL India), as well as on imports produced by the same company and exported by Electrosteel Bahrain Trading WLL. 2 - 29.94% of the value of CIF, at a minimum of SAR 1,260 per metric tonne, on: - Any products originating in the Republic of India do not apply to the above cases. - All imports from any export country other than the Republic of India if the product originates in the Republic of India. - All imports are of any other origin if the export is from the Republic of India. |

| Additional Information | It is worth mentioning that these products are produced only by Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company through its subsidiary Saudi Arabian Ductile Iron Pipe Manufacturing Company Ltd. (SADIP), which produce 85% of the local production of the mentioned products, in addition to another company that is not listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, and it is expected that there will be a positive impact on the company's sales of these products during the coming periods, God willing.
