Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) announces of Board of Directors’ decision to restructure some of its subsidiaries

The decision included transferring the affiliation of Saudi Automobile and Touring Club Company (a limited liability company) with Ostool Al Naqil Company (a closed joint-stock company), This measure aims to enter in logistics activities and benefiting from the expertise of both companies in this field.

In addition to transferring the affiliation of Al Nakhla Al Oula Contracting Co. (a limited liability company) to SASCO Petroleum Services Stations Company (a limited liability company), SASCO Stations Company is responsible for managing, operating and developing all stations with independent management of the parent company.

This measure aims to focus on efficiency and improve performance in SASCO and its subsidiaries.
