Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) signed an agreement with Binghatti Developers to supply district cooling services to the ‘Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City’ project in Meydan, Dubai.
The agreement stipulates a total cooling capacity of 37,000 refrigeration tons (RT) for the development.
The project consists of 12 towers featuring residential units, premium amenities, and integrated urban infrastructure.
This partnership aligns with Empower's strategy to expand its diversified portfolio and support Dubai's sustainability goals through energy-efficient cooling solutions.
