Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	A construction contract was signed on 18 November 2025 with Built Industrial Company, a subsidiary, as the main contractor to carry out the construction works of the project, which consists of 416 residential villas in the Afyaa Al-Mashraqiyah Project, based on four approved design models.
The costs associated with the event, and if they have changed or not with indication of the reasons.	There is no change in the previously announced costs, as the contract value falls within the project’s approved estimated budget, and there is no financial deviation from the approved plan.
