1- Mr. Tariq bin Mohammed Al Jarallah - Chairman of the Committee (Board Member - Non-Executive)

Membership start date: July 8, 2025

Brief biography: He holds a degree in commerce and management since 1993 and has experience in land planning and management, as well as real estate appraisal and valuation. He is a former board member and committee member of several companies.

2- Mr. Hazloul bin Saleh Al-Hazloul – Committee Member (Board Member - Non-Executive)

Start of Membership: July 8, 2025

Brief Note: He holds a degree in Commerce and Management from 1990 and has over 35 years of experience in real estate investment and financing, developing strategies, and developing installment plans and financing programs. He is a former board member and committee member of several companies.

3- Mr. Saud bin Abdulaziz Jassim Al-Qasir – Committee Member (Board Member - Independent)

Start of Membership: July 8, 2025

Brief Note: He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University in 1986. He has served as CEO of several real estate companies and has experience in managing and developing real estate projects and business development in the Kingdom. Committee membership term: Starts from the date of the Board of Directors’ decision on July 8, 2025 and ends with the end of the current session of the Board of Directors. Its term is four years, ending on June 22, 2029.
