| Latest Developments Of The Announced Event | The CMA issued it 09/02/1448H (corresponding to 23/07/2026G) on the Company’s application to reduce its Capital from (391,767,000) Saudi Riyals to (76,524,600) Saudi Riyals, and thus reducing the number of shares from (39,176,700) ordinary shares to (7,652,460) ordinary shares by canceling (31,524,240) ordinary shares, at a reduction rate of (80.47%) to restructure the company's capital to extinguish the accumulated losses.
