Announcement Detail	Fourth Milling Company is pleased to inform its esteemed shareholders that the commitment period to the subsidized price, in accordance with Paragraph No. 3 of the Wheat Pricing Policy issued by Resolution No. 46 of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Grains Organization (General Food Security Authority) dated 15/10/1441H (corresponding to 07/06/2020G), has ended on 12 July 2025G. As of the date of this announcement, the Company has not received any formal notification from GFSA indicating any changes to the current subsidized wheat pricing policy. Accordingly, Government subsidies will remain in effect under the current policies, unless otherwise announced. While the Company appreciates the efforts of the relevant authorities in directing this subsidy to promote market stability and food security, the Company affirms its commitment to preserving the gains of government support and maximizing its benefits in line with national objectives.
