Introduction	With reference to Riyadh Cables Group Company’s announcement regarding the acquisition of 51% of the shares of Artikul Aziya Kabel in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Company would like to announce the completion of transferring and registering the ownership of the stake on 28/11/2025, following the fulfillment of all required completion conditions. These conditions included obtaining approval from the Uzbek Anti-Monopoly Commission for the merger and ownership transfer, completing the sellers’ legal requirements, and securing the necessary regulatory approvals from the company’s current financing institutions.
