Saudi National Bank (“SNB”) announces its intention to redeem its USD 1,250,000,000 Additional Tier 1 Sukuk

Introduction	Saudi National Bank announces its intention to redeem its USD 1,250,000,000 Additional Tier 1 Sukuk in full (the "Sukuk"), pursuant to Condition 10.1(b) of Sukuk's terms and conditions, at the Trustee Call Amount, being a price equal to 100% of the outstanding face amount of the Sukuk plus any Outstanding Payments as at the First Call Date on 26 July 2026. The Sukuk were issued on 26 January 2021 for an aggregate value of USD 1,250,000,000. SNB has elected to redeem the Sukuk on 26 July 2026, in accordance with the Sukuk's terms and conditions. The required regulatory approval has been obtained in this regard.
