The shareholders who are registered with (Tadawulaty) can remotely vote on the items of the meeting through the Tadawulaty website (www.tadawulaty.com.sa). Please note that registration and voting on Tadawulaty service are provided free of charge for all shareholders. Please be informed that there will be a live video and audio broadcasting link for the EGA Meeting through the available link on the Tadawulaty System.
