Post share buyback announcement

Talabat purchased 150,000 treasury shares on July 10, 2026, at an average price of 1.200 AED per share.
Total shares repurchased under the program have reached 107,900,000 (0.4636% of issued capital) at an overall average price of 1.182 AED per share.
The buyback program is authorized to acquire up to 5% of the company's capital and is scheduled to remain active until April 12, 2028.
Approximately 1,056,512,031 shares remain available for purchase under the current program mandate.
