Ajman Bank reported H1 2026 net profit after tax of AED 246 million (up 1% YoY) and total revenue of AED 880 million (up 17% YoY).
Total assets increased to AED 33.9 billion, driven by a 9% year-to-date growth in customer financing reaching AED 23.3 billion.
Asset quality improved as the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio declined by 171 basis points to 5.3%, while the bank maintained a Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of 13.0%.
The bank successfully completed its inaugural issuance of a USD 300 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) Sukuk during the first half of the year.
