Opens the nominations for BOD membership

Al Firdous Company is opening nominations for 7 seats on its Board of Directors from Friday, July 3, 2026, until Sunday, July 12, 2026.
Eligible shareholders must submit applications and required documentation to the company’s principal office in Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, Dubai.
Nominees must specify their membership capacity as executive, non-executive, or independent and meet requirements set by the UAE Governance Guide and Commercial Companies Law.
The company will publish the final list of nominees on its website and at its principal office on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
