Following recent developments, including the lifting of the suspension on some of the company’s properties in certain neighbourhoods of Riyadh, the total land area subject to the fee under the first tier (at a 10% rate) amounts to 60,017 square meters. These areas will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to determine the actual financial impact. |
