Emirates Investment Bank initiated a multi-year strategic transformation to reposition the firm as a digital-first private banking institution, with plans for a refreshed brand and renewed proposition in 2026.
Net profit for the 2025 fiscal year was AED 83.65 million, a decrease from AED 108.7 million in 2024, primarily due to lower net interest and investment income in a falling interest rate environment.
Total client assets increased by 8% to AED 10,991 million, driven by a 17% rise in fiduciary assets, despite a 10% decline in customer deposits to AED 3,310 million.
The bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) stood at 43.1% as of 31 December 2025, down from 52.7% at the end of 2024, while total operating income decreased 19% to AED 170.5 million.
