Emirates Investment Bank reported a net profit of AED 83.65 million for the full year 2025, a decrease from AED 108.7 million in 2024 due to lower net interest and investment income.
The Board of Directors recommended no dividend distribution for 2025 to support the Bank's multi-year strategic transformation into a digital-first private banking institution.
Total client assets increased 8% to AED 10,991 million, while total balance sheet assets decreased 5% year-on-year to AED 4,878 million.
The Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) remained robust at 43.1% at year-end, despite a decline from 52.7% at the close of 2024.
