The Knowledge Economic City Announces the Obtaining of Shariah-Compliant Financing

Knowledge Economic City secured SAR 152 million in Shariah-compliant project financing from The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB).
The financing will be used to complete the construction of the Educational Complex, which is set to be managed and operated by Riyadh Schools Group (an affiliate of Misk Foundation).
The facility has a 15-year duration and is secured by a mortgage over land and promissory notes.
