Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	Umm Al-Qura for Development and Construction Company ("UAQ") and Al-Inma First Development Company Limited (The SPV for Al-Inma Makkah Development Fund I, all units of which are owned by Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company) announce the extension of the two reservation agreements with Mousa Abdulaziz Al Mousa & Sons Real Estate Holding Group for the sale of two land plots within Masar Destination, for the purpose of developing hospitality units. The extension has been agreed upon due to procedural reasons concerning the two plots of land. The reservation agreements were extended on 08/03/2026 until 04/09/2026, provided that the final sale agreements will be executed during the validity period of the reservation agreements.
