The Board of Directors approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Performise Labs FZ-LLC, a UAE-based artificial intelligence company.
The Board recommended changing the company’s trade name to "Emirates Mobility Company P.J.S.C" and amending its Articles of Association to align with an investment holding company structure.
The Annual General Assembly is scheduled to convene on March 24, 2026, to vote on the proposed name change and business activity amendments.
The acquisition of Performise Labs is part of a strategy to integrate AI into mobility services, driver testing, and vehicle inspection.
