Contract Details	Lease of land for 21 years and 6 months (Gregorian-Calendar), located in Bashar Ibn Burd Street, Al-Ulaya District in Khobar City, with a total area of 5,455 square meters, for the construction and operation of two fitness centers (Body Masters and Body Motions). The total built-up area will reach around 5,550 square meters for the two fitness centers, in addition to approximately 8,000 square meters allocated for the parking lots.
Contract Duration	Twenty-one (21) years and six (6) Months (Gregorian-Calendar).
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The positive financial impact of this project will appear upon the completion of the two fitness centers, which is expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Additional Information	The Company wishes to update its esteemed shareholders on the latest developments regarding the ongoing projects: • After having signed this contract, the Company now has a total of 16 branches with lease agreements, some of them are under construction, while others are either in the stage of design or awaiting the necessary permits to commence construction. • In addition, a number of other branches are under the process of lease contract signing, with their opening expected within the first half of 2027. Any material developments regarding these projects will be announced in due course.
