Introduction	With reference to the previous announcement by MBC Group Company (the “Company”) regarding the award of a project to one of its subsidiaries by a Government Entity, which was published on Tadawul on 04/05/1447H (corresponding to 26/10/2025G), the Company announces that a services agreement has now been signed between its wholly owned subsidiary, MBC Media KSA Limited (“MBC Media”), and the Government Entity, pursuant to the project award, for the purpose of providing production and event management services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Contract Details	Under the Agreement, MBC Media will provide production and event management services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in exchange for the agreed budget, which covers all costs related to the provision of these services.
Contract Duration	The Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of four (4) months from the date of signing.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The financial impact of the Agreement is expected to be reflected in the Company’s financial results for the fiscal year 2026G.
Related Parties	The Agreement does not involve any related parties.
