| Introduction | Naseej International Trading Company announces the resignation of a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Faisal Sultan Musalam Alsubaie (an independent member from outside the Board), from his membership of the Audit committee. Which was submitted on October 20, 2025, and shall be effective from October 20, 2025. The member explained that the reasons for his resignation were due to "personal circumstances."
